Improving Your Core Strength Be Wary Of The Stretching DVD

Picture the rubber band for a moment. Keep stretching it and stretching it.

What’s happening?

It breaks down and eventually snaps in two.

Your muscles are the same. You can keep stretching your muscles, but it does not improve the strength in these newly developed ranges of motion, you will not see long-term results. In fact, just this golf stretching dvd could be detrimental to your performance by exposing the muscle to injury, it is essential that the Senior Golfer build core strength.

The wisest purchase would be the golf exercise DVD, which includes both stretching and strengthening exercises. Now you will see lasting results! You won’t be wasting your time in the hope of a better golf swing.

You’ll see a much higher level of performance, accuracy and overall consistency. I am always surprised when a senior golfer says he needs to improve HIS flexibility and no mention of building strength.

We know that the human body loses range of motion and strength every year, and we dont maintain it. The ‘use it or lose it’ phrase comes to mind, and it is very true. The muscles were designed to be used, not just lay dormant and inactive throughout the subsequent years.

When you start to really understand how the human body works, You will have a different outlook on a golf performance program. I do not think that the answer is a golf stretching DVD.

My advice to Senior Golfers is to work out and stay safe.

Good advice. As a senior golfer, I have been fairly diligent about keeping fit, stretching and trying to gain flexibility. I also found that by performing such exercises with the benefit of tactile feedback, I was able to develop the muscle memory needed to maintain my spine angle and keep my head behind the ball through impact. My PRO-HEAD Trainer is the required training aid.
    Stay well,
