		<description>Good advice. As a senior golfer, I have been fairly diligent about keeping fit, stretching and trying to gain flexibility.  I also found that by performing such exercises with the benefit of tactile feedback, I was able to develop the muscle memory needed to maintain my spine angle and keep my head behind the ball through impact.  My PRO-HEAD Trainer is the required training aid.
